Energy management for women in leadership.

Private advisory and group programs for women raising children while building careers, companies, and the lives they actually want.

The more responsibility you carry, the lighter you should feel.

Most leadership advice was built for people without families. Most family advice was built for women without ambition. Neither was built for you.

Energy management is the underlying skill that makes everything else hold — your career, your marriage, your children, your body, the work you're here to do. It's not productivity. It's not self-care. It's the work of building a life that scales with what you're carrying instead of collapsing under it.

Fifteen years. Thousands of women. One throughline.

TO RECAP

Hi, I’m Heather.

I’m an advisor for women in leadership roles. My work has helped thousands of women, executives, founders, mothers operate from energy instead of exhaustion, and build careers and families that hold together.

Trained as a Social Worker, I’ve spent the early part of her career inside the systems shaping how children, especially neurodiverse children, are seen and supported. After a stage 4 cancer diagnosis at 28, I stopped asking how women could cope and started asking how they could actually live.

I’m the host of Emotionally Uncomfortable (11M+ downloads), author of Dying to Be a Good Mother, and a TEDx speaker. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Real Simple, Mind Body Green, and Google.

I live what I teach: raising three teenage sons, running a multiple businesses with my husband. Choosing resilience and presence over burnout and resentment.

Three ways to work with me.

Whether you're exploring 1:1 advisory, ready for a structured group container, or building something for your team or stage, start here.

Dying to Be a Good Mother.

The book that names what so many capable women are quietly carrying and the practical strategies for building a life that holds the weight of what you're building. Includes an accompanying workbook.
